Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policies
Cancellation/No-Show Policy:
If you cancel or “no-show”, your card will be charged the full $50.00 service fee.
Appointment Rescheduling Policy:
You may reschedule up until 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Refund Policy:
No refunds are provided for products, service packages, and pre-paid treatments once they are purchased.
Please note all services and products purchased are final sale, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services. Pre-paid treatments are non-refundable/non-transferrable and have no cash value.
